🚛 On-Site Safety & Procedures

What should I do when I arrive?

  1. Check-in: STOP before scale. Wait for green light, THEN, pull onto the scale.
  2. Unload: Follow the signs to the designated drop-off zones for your specific materials.
  3. Check-out: Return to the outbound scale to weigh out and pay.

What safety guidelines do I need to follow?

  • Required Safety Gear and Recommendations: All visitors are provided with basic guidance, as well as hard hats and safety vests, which are mandatory when entering the transfer building. In addition to these requirements, we strongly recommend that everyone wear closed-toe shoes and gloves for added protection.
  • Children and Pets: For their safety, children and pets must remain inside the vehicle at all times while on the tipping floor.
  • Visibility for Workers and Equipment Operators: It is crucial that you are visible to our workers and equipment operators at all times during your visit.

Can I get disposal removal assistance to help me unload?

Yes. But it is an additional $10/load to help you unload.

Do I need to sort my recycling before I arrive?

Yes. To keep traffic moving and ensure high-quality recycling, please have your materials pre-sorted into categories (e.g., cardboard separate from metal) before reaching the drop-off bins.
